Robert co-founded Sprout Design in 2004, the UK’s most successful creative sustainable product design consultancy. The award winning consultancy developed a name for innovative product design and strategy with clients including Tesco, B&Q, Virgin Atlantic, ASDA, E. H. Taylor and WRAP. Prior to that, Rob worked for design agencies Minale Tattersfield and Partners spending 6 months in Mumbai designing for India’s largest company, Seymour Powell and Queensbury Hunt Levien. Rob was also a Research Associate at the Helen Hamlyn Centre writing Inclusive Design and Sustainable Design Guidelines for B&Q and parent company Kingfisher as well as designing garden power tools for B&Q. He has completed two designer-in-residence programmes at the Oribe Design Centre in Japan, resulting in a garden tiller and kitchen knife range going into production. In addition to product design, Rob has also been involved in web design and graphics projects for large and small clients. He has an MA in Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and an MEng in Structural Engineering from Cambridge University.

Tania has over 9 years commercial experience in Product, Graphic and Web design. She has specialist expertise in Wearable Technologies having worked with some of the leading brands in the field. Since 2007, Tania has worked extensively with wearable electronics company Qio Systems Inc. developing their PANiQ electronics products, packaging and branding. She has also provided smart fabric integration advice and product design for apparel brands such as UnderArmour and Ralph Lauren Polo Sport as well as providing branding strategy for companies such as Peratech. Previously Tania was Head of Design at Eleksen where she was responsible for bringing smart fabric enabled products to market, working directly with brands such as; Apple, Levi’s, O’Neill and Belkin as well as developing in-house products such as Eleksen's Wireless Fabric Keyboard. Her responsibilities also included the company's branding, corporate and consumer facing websites. Before this Tania worked within the Wearables Lab at Philips Research researching opportunities for new wearable technologies within sports applications. She has also designed and managed a number of corporate and consumer websites as well as providing high quality graphic design, including retail packaging, design for print, product visualisations and bespoke illustrations. She has a first class BSc degree in Product Design from Brunel University.
